This policy explains what personal data Prone Data Inc. collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have. Sanaa Studio and PDL have their own policies on their own sites.
Who we are
This website is operated by Prone Data Inc., a corporation of the State of Delaware, United States. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
What you send us: the contact form (subject, message, email, optional phone and country), the newsletter sign-up (email), comments on articles (a name and a message) and likes (a random identifier). With your consent only, anonymous analytics: pages viewed, clicks, time spent on sections, your browser and screen size and your language.
Why we collect it
To answer your messages and deliver what you ask for, to send the newsletter you signed up for, to publish the comments you approve, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
Cookies and analytics
The site stores your cookie choice on your device. Analytics only run if you accept them in the cookie banner; if you reject them, nothing is sent and no visitor identifier is created. See the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for one year, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Comments stay as long as the article they belong to. Analytics events are kept for up to one year. Server logs are kept for up to one year and contain no IP address.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. Our providers process it for us: Supabase (database), OVHcloud (hosting of the website and the API) and Hostinger (email). Analytics data stays on our own infrastructure and is shared with no advertising network.
Transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States and in other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to object to its use, or to receive a copy, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 24 to 48 hours.

This website is for people aged 18 or over.
Changes
We update this page when our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top.
