1. A customer assistant that knows your business

An assistant based on a large language model and your own documents (prices, delivery rules, product sheets) answers customers on your website or WhatsApp at any hour. This approach is called RAG: the assistant reads your documents before it answers, so it stays on your facts instead of guessing.
