Prone Data: automation, AI and IT services for Africa, and PDL our learning platform

Prone DataPublished by the team

Prone Data Inc. is a company founded by two founders from Cameroon and Guinea who know both African and European markets. We build and run automation, artificial intelligence and web solutions for businesses in Africa and France, and we teach the same skills through our learning platform, PDL.

What Prone Data does

Our job is to remove manual work so your team can spend its time on the work that matters, and then to stay and keep everything running. Every engagement is scoped, priced and delivered by our own team. We offer four service lines.

  • Workflow automation with n8n: CRM synchronisation, lead qualification, invoice generation, report dispatch, WhatsApp and messaging automations, custom API connectors.
  • AI and machine learning: LLM applications and RAG systems, document intelligence and OCR, predictive models, custom AI agents.
  • Web and IT: marketing websites, web apps, dashboards, admin panels, API integration, DevOps and cloud deployment, built to be fast on weak connections.
  • Maintenance contracts: monitoring, updates and security patches, incident response, small evolutions and support in French and English.

See the details on our services page.

Prone Data Learning (PDL)

PDL is our learning platform for people who want to work with automation and AI. Courses are short video lessons in French, grouped in modules, from complete beginners to professionals. Each course ends on a real workflow or system that you rebuild for your own work.

  • Four tracks: automation with n8n, data, AI and DevOps.
  • Free preview lessons, quizzes after every module and downloadable resources.
  • A verifiable certificate at the end of a course.
  • You pay once and keep the course without a time limit.

Our own products

We do not only sell services. We also build and run our own products, such as Sanaa Studio, an online video studio. What we learn from running them goes back into the services we deliver to clients. Read more on our products page.

How we work

Every project follows four steps: discovery, proposal, build and run. You get a written brief after the first conversation, a written proposal with a clear scope, timeline and price, regular demos during the build, and a documented, tested handover. A maintenance contract then keeps your systems monitored and supported.

Where we operate

We work with businesses in France, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire and Guinea, in French and English. Tell us what slows your team down on the contact page and we will answer with a clear next step.
